Dear Judy, Hugh, and Family,
I just learned of Aggie's passing. I am so saddened by your loss. My condolences.
Aggie's memory lives on. She was wonderful, and wonderful to me and my family for decades. I came along after our family lived with you on Withrow but she was a great part of my life and such a beloved friend to my mom. For many, many years they spoke for hours on the phone every single week (I don't know how they did that), and of course visited each other often. Highlights included her Christmas Eve visits, for many years with Priscilla, and then, sadly, just her. She always arrived at our place last on her rounds (and late, several times after midnight) but every visit was anticipated and terrific. She had a sparkling, sharp sense of humour and was full of stories and wisdom. (I loved her "left-handed wrench" story.) I still have the Seiko watch my mom obtained through Ag and gifted me on my high-school graduation. I think fondly of her, and their friendship, when I note the passing of time.
She will be missed.

My deepest condolences to Judy and Hugh on the passing of Aggie. So many of my childhood memories include Aggie. Visiting her and Ralph on Withrow Ave as kids is no doubt some of my favourites. Such a wonderful lady, I always thought of as an extra bonus Aunt.

It's very difficult to say goodbye to our beloved Aunt Agnes. No matter whether I lived close by or far away, she always remembered all of our birthdays and would always generously include monetary gifts for the kids. I used to tell her not to, but she would do it anyway. When we visited, we would usually take a trip to the Swiss Chalet for a chicken dinner. Aunt Agnes was smart, funny, independent, and a joy to be around. We will all miss her very much. With love and prayers for my cousin Judy and her family -- Paula, Adam and Tess Martin
