Obituary of Marion Agnes Traviss

Missionary in India 1966 - 1972
Marion peacefully went to meet her maker on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at the age of 81.  Predeceased by her parents Gerald and Hazel Traviss formerly of Keswick, Ontario and her sister and brother-in-law, late Audrey and Gaston Hebert. Lovingly remembered by her brother Paul and his wife Linda of Keswick. Dear aunt of Cortney (Jason Kay) of Keswick, Ashley (Christopher O'Halloran) of Oshawa, Brittany (Justin Girard) of Keswick, and Alysha (Eric Whent) of Innisfil.  Great-Aunt of Madelyne, Avayah, Azlyn, and Olivia.   Marion will be missed by the many families and individuals she has touched in her years of service as a Minister and Teacher in Bracebridge; Campbellford; Cordova Mines; and Watertown, NY. Marion’s family would like to thank the staff of Warkworth Place in Warkworth for the care Marion received during her stay. The family will receive friends at the M.W.Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway S., Keswick on Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 11 to 12 p.m., followed by a Funeral Service in the Chapel at 12 Noon. (Current COVID-19 restrictions include the mandatory wearing of masks and adhering to a social distancing protocol and only allowing 45 people in the building at one time, by invitation only).
