Passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at the age of 74. Dearly loved wife of Jim Hamilton. Loving mother of Karen (Gord) Barclay and Kevin Hamilton (Aarin Welch). Cherished grandma of Robert (Bobbi), Allison (Matt), Samantha, Jason and Olivia. Great grandmother of Ryan, Bradley, James and Jaxxon. Theresa will be greatly missed by her extended family and many friends. Visitation Sunday, May 27, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Funeral Service from the chapel on Monday, May 28, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Interment at Queensville to follow.
