My mom met Des Neiges when she started going to the Keswick Seniors Club. Before long, those two were thick as thieves, like Thelma and Louise always laughing and giggling or sharing an inside joke. My mom was very happy that she had found such a kind special friend with similar values and interests. It was because of their friendship that I had the pleasure of getting to know Des Neiges and Nicki. I can truly say she was a lovely woman, very thoughtful and caring and funny. Des Neiges helped my mom throughout her illness, always standing by to talk to her, reassure her and was always ready to come and see her. Heaven always has a special place for people like her and I know my mom will be waiting at the table with cards in her hand with thoughts of starting the first carpet bowling league in the sky. To Nicki and Kirk, you did a wonderful, self-less job of loving and caring for your mom. I know it wasn't easy but you always had her best interests at heart. You did a good job, your mom loved living with you and spending time with Chloe and Lauren. I wish you peace and comfort knowing your mom is in good hands. Take my friend Des Neiges
