Passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Sunday, February 17, 2013 in his 52nd year. Dearly loved twin brother of Paul Klucznyk (Dawn). Loving uncle of Mathew (Melissa). Cremation has taken place. A special thanks to all the Doctors and nurses in the palliative care unit at Southlake Regional Health Centre especially Allison and Dr. Cavanagh and her team at C.A.M.H in Toronto.
