Blake was born with a heart defect called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome on August 20th, 2004. Blake passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, at his home in Keswick on Friday. March 14, 2014 at the age of 9 years. Loving son of Jenni and DJ Ward. Beloved brother of Kelsi and their dog Cooper. Cherished grandson of Betty & George Linstead and Maureen & Bruce Ward. Blake will be truly missed by his uncles, aunts, cousins and many friends. Blake has touched many lives. He had the greatest personality anyone could ever have. He could always make people laugh.
