Passed away peacefully at Southlake Residential Care Village on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at the age of 86 years. Reunited with her husband Sven Engsig (2003). Loving mother of Susan (Mark) & Finn (Shelley). Dear grandmother of Kurt, Laura, Christopher, and Kelly. Dear Aunt on Jorgen (Dorothy) Petersen. Erna will be fondly remembered by her friends, family here and in Denmark. Special thank you to the staff at Southlake Village for their wonderful care throughout the years. Cremation has taken place. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Queensville Cemetery, 20778 Leslie Street, Queensville. If desired, donation to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
