Our heartfelt condolences to all Pat's family. Very proud to say I knew such a beautiful woman, mother, and grandmother. Heaven gained an angel today, and it's a true blessing she is no longer suffering. We will miss you Pat, and have comfort knowing you're fee from pain. Until we meet again! xo
