Your mom was a great lady who made my mom feel safe and happy at Cedarvale. When I had to leave in the evening I would sit mom beside Kathy and Kathy would always chat with Mom. It made my departure easier for both Mom and for me. Kathy will be missed at Cedarvale....Rest in Peace..enjoy your newspapers and your TV. Love from Margaret Scott and her daughter, Jo.
We were so sorry to hear of the passing of Kathie. Kathie and Enid Shields (nee Menzies) were great friends and distant relations. Kathie and Enid, together with other cousins sometimes spent holidays at the Menzies’ family cottage at Constance Bay. Enid married Ken Shields and they occasionally stopped off at Millbrook to visit Kathie and Geoff when they were on their way to Toronto from Ottawa. Our sincerest condolences.
