Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the age of 62 years. Dearly loved soul mate, best friend and beloved wife of Kevin Mahon. Cherished mother of Michelle DeLuca (Bud O’Brian), Trisha Mahon (Brandon Wraxall) and the late Padric. Dear nanny of Chauncey, Lexi, Cheyenne and Devaun DeLuca and great nanny of Ne’vayah and Phoenix DeLuca. Loving “mum mum” to Angel. Adoring daughter of Bridget and the late James Brennan. Patricia will be greatly missed by her siblings Carmelita (Jim), Siobhan (Ryck), Jim (Stella) and Dan as well as her nieces, nephews, family and friends.
