My deepest sympathies to the McLarty Family in the sudden passing of our beautiful Donna, from myself and on behalf of the residents of Ward 5, Richmond Hill. She was a friend, a mentor and a colleague. She was the epitome of professionalism, strength and beauty. I will miss her always and never forget her remarkable warmth, beautiful smiling face, intelligent and learned discussion, and eyes that were clear, shining, honest and welcoming to all. She was quite simply a wonderful woman and the Town of Richmond Hill Family will forever miss her bright, shining light. I will miss you, Donna, and always remember your singular kindness and absolute love and respect of your job and the very important position you held representing Council and our Town. My heart aches for all her family, most especially her husband and sons, and their indescribable loss. Our loss. My loss. A loss for all.
