I was heartbroken for Jen's loved ones when Mich posted that she had transitioned to the next life. I don't know Jen but I do know Mich and if you're her people, you're good people. I am so sorry that you have to experience such terrible grief. She'll be watching over her little kittens every day until they are reunited. The bond of a mother's life is unbreakable, even by death.
