We are so sorry for your loss.. He was such a great guy he always had some crazy story to tell when we would see him :( he has been taken too soon.. Our heart and prayers are with friends and family at this very hard time.

I met jake back in the day when I lived in Keswick he was in my son james Campbell Grade 8 class.....alot of memories for sure he will be missed and for ever in our hearts....a very polite young man. ...and was always happy
