Passed away after an unexpected accident on Monday, February 15, 2016 at Southlake Regional Health Centre at the age of 55 years. Loving father of Brandon and Amanda. Dear brother of Richard (Cathy). Beloved uncle of Sandra, Emily and James. Predeceased by his parents James Frances Smith and Dorthy Jean Smith. Chuck will be missed by his extended family and many friends.
