Dear Family and Friends of Norm, I am sincerely sorry to hear of Norm's passing. He always brought a smile to my face. I will always remember Norm for his famous saying, "tickity boo" and for he good times we shared - boating, parties, and dances. You always knew when Norm was in the room. That was a good thing.
