Marijke was a very special lady. She was the first person we knew in Sutton when we moved in next door 6 years ago. She was such a warm and gentle soul, always a kind thought for everyone. Our daughter formed a strong bond with her over the years and enjoyed spending time there with her and Tessa, and later, Pasha. Thanks to their friendship, Emily also got to know Mayze well. Marjike would often let her know when she was visiting so the two could play together. She has been the best neighbour we've ever had - the best anyone could ask for.
