Peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, with his son Nathan at his side, on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the age of 48 years. Beloved son of the late Lee and Florence Winterkorn. Loving father of Nathan Kavanagh, and cherished step-father of Tricia and Kyle Lavis. Dear brother of Lee Winterkorn, Dan Barter, and the late Linda Young. He will be greatly missed by relatives and friends, especially his Sins of the Fallen Son bandmates, Darrell, Hugh, and Chris, where Bill was the lead vocalist. Visitation will be held at the M.W. Becker Funeral Home 490 The Queensway South, Keswick, Ontario on Monday, October 24, 2016 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Followed by a Funeral Service in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. Cremation.
