Peacefully at the Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket on Friday, May 26, 2023, at the age of 94 years. Beloved Beloved husband of the late Wanetta Layton (nee Hogan, 2021) . Dear father of Valerie Layton of Keswick, Kathryn (John Arnold), Kimberly Goodchild, both of Barrie, Richard Guest (Cheryl) of Bradford, Susan Layton, Carol Layton, Sharon Stuart, Aileen Layton of the U.S., Jamie Layton (Nicole) of Kitchener and predeceased by Shawn Guest, Geoffrey and Blake Layton. Cherished "Grampa" of several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Zelie Rainey of Toronto. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
