My heart is so saddened to hear of Charley's passing. He was such a wonderful man who always made the best of any given situation. I will miss his advice, his laugh and the endless stories he would share which always had a lesson entwined. He made the world a better place. I will remember him always. My sincerest condolences to Eva and the rest of his family.

My father called him Charles and when Dad passed away many years ago Charlie sent flowers from ”Charles”. We all loved Charlie and now we have a new Angel looking out for us. Peaceful thoughts from the MacArthurs in Ottawa.

Charlie was a special person. He made friends easily and was loved by all who knew him. His compassion and dedication for and to his clients was enviable. And despite his struggles he had a wonderful positive attitude to life.
