I was so very saddened to hear of Shane's passing. I worked with Shane many times when I was a transporter at Southlake. He was such a nice guy and we always had a laugh together. Even after I had retired and was at the hospital for appointments and I'd see him he would always come over and say hi and have a chat with me. He surely will be missed. Sending my deepest condolences to Shane's family, especially his wife and his lovely children. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I am a very close family friend to his two sons, Alex and Chase. He was a second father to me. Shane was the most energetic and joyful man in the world. He would always ask me how my family and I were doing, which truly meant more than the world to me. He was someone who you could always talk to if you would ever need to, and he would always have a bright smile on his face. He will be missed by many. My condolences go to his family.
