Scottie was a member of Camp Hope for many year. His ability to express himself always amazed me and his joke telling was on point. His Miley Cyrus joke still brings a smile to me. His excited and joy at greeting his friends always made you feel important. His bravery, the day we took the camp zip lining and scottie flew, the smile on his face could not have been any wider. You could tell he had the heart of an adventure. I know for me he left a lasting impression of one of the sweetest souls I have ever encountered and will treasure those memories. To scottie family thank you for sharing him with us, a better gift has never been given.

Although we did not get a chance to meet Scott, we did feel as though we knew him in a way from all the wonderful stories and memories Lee-Ann would share with the team that she works with at Allstate. He clearly brought a great amount of joy to his family and was strong in spirit, overcoming multiple obstacles while maintaining a positive outlook on life. In memory of the joy and love he brought to our cherished colleague Lee-Ann, her family and those touched by him, the team has made a contribution to Community Living Georgina. We wish all the best to the Rae family.

Doug, Marilyn & family,
What a beautiful tribute to such an amazing young man. It feels like yesterday he was rolling the halls at Mulock SS with the biggest smile on his face. Scottie was definitetly one of the greatest kids to come through the halls of SWMSS. It was always fun to run into him in the community with Maryellen and watching him perform at the Steven Leacock Performing Arts Centre in Hairspray. He truly was God's gift to all who knew him. I am so sorry for your loss. We will all miss him.

To my dearest Scottie: You will forever be in our hearts. I don't know of any other person who had a smile like yours that lit up a room when you entered.
