Just wanted to say how sorry I am to hear of Gary passing, I first met Gary at the Hicks home in Kettleby, always polite and a ready smile. Gary painted my home a few years ago, he was very good at what he did. The one memorable thing was how his face lit up when he spoke of his daughters, his love and pride was very evident, may he rest in peace.

Christ Church, Roches Point, St. James Church, Sutton and St. George's Church, Sibbald Point, all of which Gary carefully painted and restored, are all visible tributes to Gary's careful skills. We also heard his music and his stories and will miss him incredibly. David Neelands, for the church families.

I have had the pleasure of performing in two bands with Gary and I can say he never let myself or the band down. That says alot in the business. When I heard of his passing my first thought was that the world has lost an honest man with a big heart .We often would meet after and talk about music and life .My tears will dry but those memorys will last . Stewart & Peggy Mackey with love. ( I got that green light baby )

My condolences to the girls and grandkids. G-man was one of a kind. Knowing him made my life bigger and better. He's one of the best hearted people I have ever met and I hate thinking of a world without him. RIP G-man, I can only imagine the jam you're having!

Oh what to say Garry was such a great friend to my husband and myself and my whole family . He put everyone before himself and would do anything for his girls and grandkids.Garry will be missed everyday by us . My heart goes out to the girls RIP Garry going to miss seeing you hugs to you in Heaven.
