Alzheimer is a horrible and frightening disease and it is always so sad for the family to lose a loved one from this disease. I would like to share a memory or two about Bob. He was my father from another time in history, long before many knew him in these later years. I was born in 1955, when he was just 21. My memories of him are faint now but I remember his passion for hockey for his two oldest sons, I remember him brushing my hair after it was washed to dry it, I remember looking at photos of him as a young man and thinking he had an Elvis Presley "look". Over the past week, I had a gut feeling that I should try to look up his name on google - something I had never done before as the last time we saw and spoke to each other was when I was 28 yrs old. It was that search that brought this tribute site up. I hope he found happiness.

Corinne Davy and Greer families
We were saddened to hear of Bob’s passing. Our 12 years in the ‘Point’ community relied on many of the hands on services Bob could provide, he was extremely talented, his Engineering background served him well in all projects he enjoyed. He had a great sense of humour and loved telling stories. He and Corinne were a pillar in our community. His strength of character will be missed.
Sincerest condolences.
