I saw Uncle Gerry quite a bit growing up. Always with a smile and a joke. Just a stand up uncle. I remember him and aunt Lynda came for dinner and I had a pair of glasses on for the first time. I was always the overweight kid growing up not much of a looker and I remember he told me I looked just like Julia Styles with my glasses. Being a 90s kid that was such a compliment. He made me feel so good about myself. I'll never forget that moment.
You were one of a kind Uncle Gerry. I hope you had an awesome ride. You are very missed.
