Dear Shirley Bernadette, I'm smiling with tears in my eyes as I think of you while I am writing this. There are so many memories, too many to mention and many I wouldn't mention. You and your family welcomed us to Fairhill Crescent and we have been a part of each others lives since we were 8 years old, even our mothers were friends. In retirement we have taken slightly different paths, but even if I haven't seen you in a year, when we talked it was like it was yesterday. There is no one to replace you Shirl, you will live on in my heart as long as I live.
My sincerest sympathies Jeff, I can't imagine how devastating this is for you and your family. My condolences to the Smith family and to the Millers. The trauma of losing a 2nd sister so soon, has to be so difficult for Lloy-Ann. Please give Rob a big hug from me, his heart must be breaking, I miss him, it has been a long time. Chris has asked to be remembered as well, Shirley always had a role in his life too. He remembers her laugh, he loved to hear her laugh.
