A kind-hearted, gentle soul. Intelligent and thoughtful. Al will live on in his children and in the beautiful memories he has left behind. Heartfelt condolences to all the family and friends. May the peace of Christ, which passes understanding, fill your heart and may you feel the loving Arms of God, the Father, wrap around you and comfort you. Much love and prayers and blessings.

Al Borsellino will be missed. He was my fifth grade teacher. Tough but fair. And a very kind man. He has also been my neighbour since I was a kid. Always willing to give me a hand when I asked him to check on my dad while I was out of the country. Bless him on his final journey. Heartfelt sincere sympathy to Marion and family. God love and keep you through these difficult times.

Chris and Darren;
I'm sorry to hear about your father's passing. It looks like you all have many happy memories of family, family events, grandchildren and fishing. At least he had lots of time to teach his grandchildren the finer points about fishing.
My condolences to your families.

So sorry to hear of Al's passing. Al has been a great neighbour for about 40 years or so. Our families have watched each other grow and play together over the years. Al was always a gentle man with a great sense of humour. We will miss you Al. You are safe in the eternal arms of our Lord and Saviour. Until we meet again.

Lou and Jan Michielsen,
To Marian, Chris, Darren, Kevin and families: So sorry to hear about the passing of your husband, dad and grandfather. Al was a kind man who rarely said a negative word about anyone.
Al attended our family golf tournament for many years and my brothers and I shared many good times on the golf course and socializing in the evenings.
We will keep you in our thoughts,
Jan and Lou

To Marion and family I was sorry to hear about Al. Although I only met him a few times through Marion he was always kind and welcoming. Life passes in the twinkling of an eye but memories are golden and help us through the tough times. Keep the faith and God will give you strength.

Our beloved friend Al, words cannot express my feelings. I cannot believe that you are home already with our father in Heaven and watching over us together with all the beautiful angels. Al and family looked after my dog when I wasn’t able to. And one day as I was sitting in their yard, he got very upset as a chippy was attacking mommy cardinal’s birdnest. Al loved animals and nature. Will miss you, Al.

Al was a gentle, kind and generous person, always willing to go out of his way in compassionate and empathetic service to others. He made the world a better place, walking humbly through life. He will continue to do so, with extra loving care for his wife and children as well as his beloved grandchildren.

Sad to hear of Al's passing. I enjoyed his company on the golf course (he'd say, "Oh, Al!" after a mis-hit), and at the poker table, where he often took my money.
