I have many memories of the wonderful lunches, and visits we had. I will miss talking with you each day. You were a wonderful sister to me and hope that you now can be with our sister Cora, and brothers Dub and Pete. I will hold you in my heart until we meet one day.
Rest in peace Chris.

First, let me express my heart felt condolences to Christine's family. I ask that you permit me to share my memory of her as one of her private caregivers.
"Habit is a cable
We weave a thread of it each day
Until we cannot break it"
This is one of those moments which I shared with Christine. She was talking about her grade 7 teacher. As she spoke , I quitely thought how amazing that at 97 she still remembers this poem. There were other moments like this where we talked and both learned from each other. I will always remember her strong will and determination. A simple kiss on each of her cheek is how I said goodnight and so This is how I now say farewell.

Sorry to hear about your mother's passing, always enjoyed talking to her on the phone. Saw her 3 years ago at our 50th anniversary and was so pleased that she was able to be there.
Our thoughts are with you and all your family.

As one of her private caregivers, I got to know Christine. She shared memories of life on the farm, recipes, her love of music and dancing and was proud of her two boys whom she loved very much. She was one tough woman who didn't give up on life despite the health issues she faced however near her passing, she said she wanted to go home. We prayed that her passing from this life to the next would be a peaceful one and I thank the Lord that she died peacefully. My condolences go out to the family.

I will miss my Aunt Chris! She was always there for me when I needed advice; usually just common sense that I didn't think of myself!
Condolences to Keith, Peggy and Brent, Neil, Cheryl and Andrew from their cousin-
