Although we never seem to make enough time to see family, we do still recall fond memories of Uncle George. As usual with the Oster clan, he was a great man, friendly with everyone with a pleasant smile that made you feel at ease when around him. To all family members our condolences. Doug Ranni and family.
The Oster charm was strong in this gentleman! The world was a better place with you in it! We will remember you! Loads of love to all the people you leave behind! <3 Shannin Oster

Pat and family,
My sincere condolences to you and yours. It was only last week that I had asked a friend if he had heard how George was doing.
I have known George for over 40yrs. I remember him as the most gracious man I had ever met. I loved my conversations with him at either the ball park or the hunt camp. He always had great advise for one to listen to. He always had a kind word for everyone.
We are all going down the same road one day, and I hope to meet him on the other side.

My dearest brother George,
Wow, so many beautiful treasured memories of you going way back to when I was just a wee kid to just recently while visiting you at Humber ..
You always lit up seeing your family, friends, medical team etc, You were unique with a gift of unselfishness to put others before yourself. Your energy was non stop as you retired from the Ministry of Transportation you continued to keep busy doing Roofing & Golf course maintenance... as well as keeping your home in ship shape as well as your Forida camper site residence, never slowing. Oh how we loved those labour day corn roast parties... having all the family come together was over whelmingly beautiful & keeps or memories of such great times deep within our hearts.
You were the voice at the beginnings of our family Reunions, hollering over the mega phone announcing the start of the games & races, & if that wasn't loud enough you just went picnic table by table to the lackers to get up & participate...
I so loved our Telephone chats, you were always so positive & Happy for me, I always felt over whelmingly flattered after or chats.
I know I had told you this before, & actually saw a blush on your cheeks when I confessed, As a young girl, I had the biggest crush on her handsome brother & proudly bragged to all my friends he's my Brother, of course all my brothers are handsome but seeing you pop in to visit with your many original well tapered suits, just brought a bit more attention to you..lol
You are so going to missed, just as we miss so many of our other siblings, my comfort is knowing you all will be together now & one day, I to will be called to enter back into the arms of my beloved family.
R.I.P. sweet George, you are no longer confused or hurting, keep that handsome twinkle & winkle in your eye until we neet again.
Loving You Always & for ETERNITY
