I am so sorry to hear of Irene's passing. She was such a wonderful person. I saw her at Zehr's just a short time before her passing. She was laughing and happy. She was so proud of her children and grandchildren. Her eyes really lit up when she talked about all of you. We talked about working together at Deer Park and how much fun we had there. She will be greatly missed by all of you as well as those that knew her. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

~Although you cannot hear her voice or see her smile, she walks beside you just as she did before. She wraps your arms around you, wipes away your tears and understands your fears. Even though she isn't visible with the human eye , talk to her in silence and her spirit will reply. You will feel the love she has for you and will feel it in your heart , even though she has left her human body your souls will never part.~
It was both a pleasure and honor I have had all these years to be able to call your mom my BFF. She was my secret keeper, my go anywhere any time friend, my travel partner and also was always keeping me safe while walking , swimming and travelling as well as the protector of my heart.
We had so much fun together, I will miss her always! Love Barbie

We were so very saddened to hear of Irene's passing. We met her a few years ago at Oasis Park in Arizona where we winter. We liked her instantly and each winter we looked forward to seeing her again. She was spunky and fun and we loved hearing her English accent. Last year about this time we took a trip from Minnesota (where we live) to see Niagara Falls and were able to spend time with Irene and her friend Barb at their homes. That will always be a wonderful memory for us. It's hard to believe that we will no longer see that wonderful smile of hers. She was a bright light in our lives and that light went out far too quickly.
All of you (her family and friends) who loved her so much, have our deepest condolences and will be in our prayers. She was a very, very special lady!
FAREWELL IRENE ~ WE WILL MISS YOU BEYOND BELIEF!

Rene was the kindest and most positive person I have ever met. I grieve with the Croucher family. Take comfort in the fact that everyone's memories will be of her smiling face. She raised two fabulous children and along with their families were the centre of her world. Sorry I can't be there for the service but I will have a toast to her on Friday. Love Chrissy.

Rene wasted no energy on the negatives in life. She always had something positive to say and do about any situation. Devoted to family and friends, she did what mattered. There is a big empty place in the Croucher family now and it will have to be filled with memories. Fortunately we have plenty of those thanks to her loving nature. Goodbye Rene.

All of us have unexpectedly lost a beloved family member and good friend. She could be fearless, inspiring, helpful, caring, fun, and was loved by many.
I am so going to miss "my travel buddy" and am so, so thankful for the trips and times we had together.
I hear that English voice saying, "Oh, just get on with it."
RIP, Irene.

I can't tell you how much I miss you already, Weedlee Dee. Elevensies, putting the world to right, swanning by the pool, and sleepovers at the Farm will never be the same without your smiling face, motivation to keep going, understanding and everlasting love. If Christianity at its best ever had a name, it would be "Irene."
Love you ever and always and forever grateful for accepting me into your family, your life and your heart. Be still and know that your spirit will always be with me, your cliche's will always be in my head and your love will always be in my heart.
