We have had the pleasure of knowing Gary for over 20 years. What a wonderful person and friend you became to us. You were sincere, caring, thoughtful, and always willing to assist in anyway that you could. We miss being able to talk to you but we know that you are at peace and without pain. You will always be remembered by us as a soft spoken gentleman who fought a valiant battle. Our love and condolences to Marg , Karen, Chris, Scott and their families.

Dear Marg and family
We are so sorry to hear of Gary’s (Mr. Cooke’s ) passing. Gary and you we’re amazing neighbours, I’m sure others would not have put up with the morning wake up (car)
We always looked up and respected such a nice man , Gary always had a smile for everyone.

Heartfelt condolences to Gary's family. Prior to his retirement I was lucky enough to cover during one of his extended vacations and again for a short leave afterward. Though many years have past and I'm well into my retirement, the sense of community ,responsibility, and friendship he left as a legacy won't be forgotten. It was a pleasure to have known him.

We enjoyed Gary at Eastbourne Golf Club. He added a certain spark to the Club. My daughter remembered him when she was small and is now 34. Enjoy life. It goes by fast.
