Obituary of Kathryn 'Kay' Merritt Petsche

Peacefully on May 9^th, 2019, at home at the age of 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Rudolph Matthew (1988). Loving mother of Don (Ann), Susan (Norm), Lorraine (Toby), Diane (Rick) and Tim (Linda). Cherished “Nana (Banana) and Grandma” of Stephen, Stephanie, Lindsay, Dennis, Ryan, Jamie, Alyssa, Brendan, Chris and Ashley. Great Grandmother to Brheann, Ella, Abbey, Seth, Thomas, Matthew and Avery. She will be sadly missed by her brothers Douglas (the late Trish) and Richard. She is predeceased by her sisters and their husbands, Patricia (Paul) and Lorraine (Chuck). Kay will also be missed by her many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Lake Church, 129 Metro Road in Keswick on Monday, May 13^th, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. Reception to follow at Tim and Linda’s home, 8 Panama Court in Keswick. Interment will be Tuesday, May 14^th at 11:00 am at Holy Cross Cemetery in Richmond Hill for anyone who would like to attend.
