Passed away peacefully at Lakeview Manor, Beaverton on Friday, November 23, 2018 at the age of 86 years. Predeceased by his wife Rosemary Pidgeon (1991). Dearly loved father of Tracy (Ken Blacquiere) and Wendy Braddock. Cherished Grandpa of Jason (Emily) and Cameron (Jaime). Beloved Great-Grandpa of Avery, Brody, Ellarose and Corbin. Norm will be greatly missed by his neices, nephews, family, friends and especially by his good friend Don Ash. A Private family service will be held.
