By his side his loving wife Edna of 63 years and special friend Iris Coll. Dear father of Larry (Angela) and Louann (Joseph). Cherished grandfather of Joanna (Steven), Julian (Robin) and Abby. Great grandfather of Amelia. Cecil was lovingly supported by his caregivers Iris Coll, Lee Smallwood and Lorraine Fischer. Cecil will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
