Holm, Catherine Evelyn After a lengthy battle with cancer, it is with extreme sadness we announce the passing of Catherine Holm on Tuesday, May 24th, 2011 at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, Ontario at the age of 48. Cherished mother of Ryan (Chantal) Holm, Christopher (Jen) Martin, Kathleen Harris & pre-deceased by one son Vincent Harris. Dear daughter of Allison and the late Eva Holm of Desable P.E.I. Loving sister of Patrick (Donna) Holm, Stephen Holm, Susan (Alphonse) Kremer, Kristin Holm & Tammy (Doug) Carver. Very dear friend of Larry Coulson and Debbie MacDonald.
